We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT business development team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads through outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and creating new business opportunities for our IT services.
IT graduates/freshers and interns are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant IT services.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead information.
- Work towards business development and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand and communicate service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers and IT graduates are welcome to apply.
- Interns with an interest in IT Business Development are also welcome.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development will be preferred.
- Solid English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over calls.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Basic understanding of IT services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO services will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in selling or promoting Digital Marketing, SEO, or other IT services will be preferred.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
