We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing medical diagnostic network across Kerala.

The role involves developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate clients and other healthcare partners, while promoting our diagnostic services and expanding the referral network. Similar healthcare BDE roles typically focus on doctor/clinic relationships, field visits, new business development, market analysis and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain qualified relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions.
- Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities.
- Promote laboratory and diagnostic services to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Support health camps, awareness programmes and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily visit records and submit regular business development reports.




- Represent the organisation professionally during meetings, visits and healthcare events.

Eligibility
- MBA Freshers – Marketing / Healthcare Management / Business Administration or related specialisation.
- Graduates with relevant healthcare experience are also eligible.
- Candidates with experience in diagnostics, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, medical sales or healthcare marketing will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
