Looking for Hiring: HR Intern or Bussiness Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team!

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR events
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and MIS
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- MBA (HR) students are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes




- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced workplace
