Business Development Executive – Digital MarketingAbout the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our digital marketing team at our Calicut office.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales mindset, and an interest in digital marketing. You will be responsible for finding potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting our services, and converting enquiries into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Present and explain services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development and Branding
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Arrange and attend client meetings
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions

Requirements




- 6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales, business development or a related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in speaking with clients
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
