Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify recent business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, field visits, client meetings, and business conversion.
Salary will be provided based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, builders, developers, and potential business partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to identify business opportunities.
- Present and explain the company’s services and business solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, manage follow-ups, and convert prospects into business.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and support the business conversion process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handling and successful conversions.
- Achieve monthly business development and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfortable with field work and direct client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales is preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Preferred
