Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and business development team in CRM management, lead research, outreach support, and daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT.
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate lead, prospect, account, and activity details.
- Support daily sales tasks such as lead tracking, follow-up coordination, pipeline updates, and sales reporting.
- Research companies, prospects, decision-makers, and market opportunities across finance, FMCG, pharma, and related industries.
- Assist in creating and managing lead lists for outreach campaigns.
- Support email, LinkedIn,



and call-based outreach activities for software services, AI consulting, and sales intelligence solutions.
- Help prepare pitch notes, meeting briefs, basic sales documents, and proposal support material.
- Positive communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with online research and data management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools; Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
- Interest in B2B sales, software services, AI consulting, SaaS/platform solutions, or startup environments.

Internship Outcome

- The intern will gain hands-on experience in CRM management, lead generation, sales operations, market research, and B2B business development in a growing technology startup.
- Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern will receive an internship completion certificate from Atrina Technologies Pvt Ltd.
- This internship may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance and business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,587.04 - ₹25,957.42 per month
