About the Role

Add X Biotech Private Limited is looking for a Young, Energetic and Result-Oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the agricultural market.

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with farmers, conducting product trials and demonstrations, promoting agricultural products, and generating sales across Tehsil/Taluka towns and villages.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit Tehsil/Taluka towns and villages regularly to connect with farmers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and local agricultural stakeholders.
- Conduct product trials, demonstrations and field activities.
- Promote company products and explain their benefits and applications to farmers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Identify current market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Collect farmer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors, where required.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular reporting of field visits, trials, leads and sales.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Agriculture graduates will be preferred.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in selling agricultural products will be preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in agricultural sales and field work may also apply.
- Age should be 25–35 years as on 01.10.2026.
- Must be energetic, confident and willing to undertake extensive field travel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably with farmers in rural areas.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
