Business Development Executive – Rocksport Experience Park

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager who can drive corporate and community bookings for Rocksport Experience Park.

The role involves reaching out to companies, HR teams, communities and associations, generating leads, closing bookings, and ensuring a great client experience during events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate corporate bookings for team outings, employee engagement programs and events.
- Reach out to corporate HRs, decision-makers, communities, clubs and associations.
- Generate leads through corporate visits, networking and partnerships.
- Schedule meetings, present Rocksport experiences and close bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and community partners.
- Promote events, activities and special experiences to increase park footfall.
- Support customized experiences by coordinating with vendors such as F&B;, décor, entertainment and trainers.
- Handle client servicing and ensure smooth event execution.




- Be actively involved in the on-ground execution of corporate events and experiences.
- Build repeat business through strong client relationships and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales or Event Sales.
- Experience in selling corporate outings, events, activities, experiences, memberships or engagement programs.
- Strong experience in dealing with corporate HRs and decision-makers.
- Valuable lead generation, networking, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, corporate visits and on-ground event execution.
- Candidates from amusement/day experiences, events, malls, clubs, hospitality/banquets or concept-based corporate sales are preferred.

Note: This role is not suitable for candidates with only traditional hotel sales, travel/tour sales or purely operational event experience. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
