Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients for AnIdeaz Media’s design, e-learning, and production services. The role involves meeting with potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, presenting tailored service offerings, and negotiating proposals to close deals. The individual will manage client accounts,



maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities also include market research, tracking industry trends, preparing sales reports, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, oversee contracts, and support ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present services clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in media, e-learning, design, or related creative industries is beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Recent Delhi and engaging with clients in person.
