Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new business leads through cold visits, local networking, area-wise mapping, and direct client outreach.
Database Outreach: Follow up systematically on company-provided leads and client databases to schedule in-person meetings.
Client Consultation & Pitching: Visit homeowners, business owners, and commercial property managers to explain the benefits, ROI, and government subsidies associated with rooftop solar systems.
Site Assessment Coordination: Conduct preliminary site visits to inspect roofs and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility studies and customized proposals.
End-to-End Deal Closure: Address client concerns, guide them through financing/subsidy documentation, and close sales contracts to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Location: Must be a current resident of Bhopal with solid local area and route knowledge.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter)
with a valid Driving License (Mandatory).
Communication Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities in Hindi, along with basic understanding and spoken proficiency in English.
Background: Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, real estate, insurance, or solar sales is preferred (Freshers with strong communication and drive are welcome to apply).
Work Ethic: Target-oriented mindset with high self-motivation for field-based work.
