Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential partners and clients, building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions and corporate organizations, and promoting Skillumni’s training programs to relevant audiences. The associate will conduct market research, support sales campaigns, coordinate meetings and product demonstrations, and follow up on leads to drive enrollment and revenue growth.





Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing business proposals and presentations, and collaborating with marketing and training teams to align outreach strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on performance metrics and contributing ideas to improve business development processes.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.
- Solid analytical and research skills to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; experience in EdTech or training services is an advantage.
