Job DescriptionMind & Brain Hospital is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support the hospital's business growth, patient outreach and referral network development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, institutions and referral partners.
- Identify new business and patient-referral opportunities.
- Promote the hospital's services and mental healthcare programs.
- Generate, follow up and convert leads.
- Conduct meetings and outreach activities with referral partners and potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust referral network.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth patient referrals and onboarding.
- Maintain records of leads, referrals, meetings and follow-ups.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and referral targets.




- Represent Mind & Brain Hospital professionally during external meetings and networking activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Sales or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital sales, business development, marketing or corporate relations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and outreach activities when required.
