Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and support the growth of key accounts. Daily activities include conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market demand.



The role also involves maintaining regular communication with prospects and clients, preparing proposals, tracking sales activities, and providing feedback to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Candidates should possess presentation-related skills, including creating engaging presentations and delivering them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess market research skills, including gathering and analyzing market, competitor, and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Relevant skills such as basic understanding of software or IT services, negotiation, and relationship management are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred.
