Role Description The Business Development Associate Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. In this role, the associate will identify and generate leads, reach out to prospective learners and partner organizations, and support the growth of Teknowgrade’s learning programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations about the company’s offerings, and engaging with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

The associate will assist in maintaining CRM records, follow up on inquiries,



and collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion. The role offers a starting compensation of 20K and is suited for individuals looking to build a foundation in business development and edtech.
