CASA Sales Officer

- Acquire new customers for the bank's Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct field sales.

- Conduct daily local field visits to generate leads and promote banking products.

- Identify prospective customers and explain suitable CASA products based on their requirements.

- Engage with existing customers to encourage additional deposits.

- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services according to customer needs.

- Participate in local marketing events and promotional campaigns to generate leads and improve brand visibility.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

- Attend periodic training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.





- Follow the bank's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
