We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to help grow our business by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain customer and lead details in Excel, CRM, or company software.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for business growth.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Skills Required




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification.
