Job Summary

Chillar Payment Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to help drive the growth of our consumer-focused digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to increase product adoption, building relationships with individual users, merchants, and local businesses, conducting product demonstrations, and executing on-ground and digital outreach initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving customer needs, and working in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and drive the adoption of Chillar's digital products through direct customer engagement.
- Identify and connect with potential users, merchants, and local businesses to introduce our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, events, partnerships, and other outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term engagement.
- Assist customers with onboarding and provide basic product guidance when required.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.




- Work closely with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.
- Meet monthly customer acquisition and business development targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competing products.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or marketing. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confident in meeting customers and conducting field visits.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using smartphones, digital applications, and basic productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
