Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.




- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting recent ones.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Key Requirements:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
