Role Description The Business Development and Production Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting business development activities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients and partners, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

The coordinator will liaise with internal production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders and alignment between client requirements and manufacturing schedules. Daily tasks include monitoring production timelines, maintaining documentation, supporting customer service activities, and following up on inquiries to build strong client relationships. The role also requires occasional on-site factory visits, tracking key business metrics, preparing regular reports for management, and contributing to process improvements across business development and production coordination.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or export processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, communication platforms).
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, operations, procurement, production coordination, or a related field.

- Prior experience in developing or generating business opportunities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
