What we're looking for:
- Current final year / recent graduate (Preferrably BBA / MBA or any technical stream)
- Understands sales isn't a PPT, it's human relationship, following up, objection handling, overcoming rejection, persistence, and closing deals
- Someone who prefer showing revenue numbers rather than number of calls taken
- Sharp observation skills - you learn by watching, absorbing, and doing
- Comfortable around tech (not expert, just curious)
- Is more "let's try it" than "I dont know how that works"
- If you are available for minimum 4-6 Months
