Divisions/Departments Activity:

- Business Development and Sales of Personal / Home care raw material ingredients.

- Stock and Sale of Actives, Excipients and speciality chemicals.

Role & responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth in the assigned domestic personal care and cosmetics market.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to order fulfilment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations with clients.

- Track sales performance by region, product, and key accounts.

- Work closely with the R&D; team to provide technical support and product solutions to clients.

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the client base in assigned territories.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products.





- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce -CRM and prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports.

- Support with marketing and promotional activities as required.

- Have latest updates over industrial trends/ movements. ( For e.g. Skin, Hair care, Body care Oral, Home, Pet care products etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Sc .

Cosmetic

Science / B.Tech Cosmetics/ B.Pharma / M.Pharm / or equivalent graduates in Chemical

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and proactive.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits to customers.

- Good analytical and reporting skills;

experience with CRM.

- Willingness to travel, learn & adapt new things and work hard to achieve results.
