Key Responsibilities

 Identify and approach potential advertisers, sponsors and brand partners.

 Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking and referrals.

 Present advertising and sponsorship opportunities to companies and institutions.

 Develop customized sponsorship proposals based on client objectives.

 Sell event sponsorships, exhibition spaces, branding opportunities, digital advertising and media packages.

 Maintain regular follow-ups and convert prospects into paying clients.

 Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship deals.

 Build and maintain solid relationships with sponsors and corporate clients.

 Coordinate with the internal marketing, creative and event teams to ensure promised deliverables are executed.

 Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reports on leads, meetings and conversions.

 Achieve monthly and event-specific revenue targets.

The Candidate..

 1–3 years of experience in advertising sales, sponsorship sales,



media sales, event sales or business development.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Strong networking and relationship-building ability.

 Confident in meeting senior executives and business owners.

 Good negotiation and convincing skills.

 Target-oriented and self-motivated.

 Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings when required.

 Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, events or media will be an advantage.
