Key requirements for the position:





- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
- Strong knowledge of insurance domain and processes.
- Proficiency in creating BRD and FSD.
- Experience with effort estimation techniques.
- Ability to manage Azure DevOps or Project Board.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Familiarity with SQA documentation and audit processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Be a part of a team that is responsible for managing an Insurance Workflow application that is used by multiple teams to support operations for a key client.
- Review the application and create strategies to optimize it.
- Mentor and groom the team members.
- Understand the client requirements and provide a solution within the application.
- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
- Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.
- Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
