Shape Digital Lending Solutions from Requirements to Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking, Lending or Financial Services to support the delivery of a Loan Scheduler application.

This role requires deep understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle , including loan origination, servicing, repayment schedules, restructuring and closure.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, UX/UI teams and business stakeholders to translate complex lending requirements into transparent, actionable solutions within an Agile Scrum environment .

What You'll Do

- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and wireframes .
- Define loan product workflows, business rules and repayment schedules.
- Analyse requirements across:
- Loan origination
- Loan servicing
- Repayments
- Restructuring
- Loan closure
- Work with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA and UX/UI teams.
- Support UAT , system integrations and reporting requirements.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements affecting lending processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement .




- Translate complex financial and lending requirements into clear functional specifications.

What We're Looking For ✔ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking, Lending or Financial Services.

✔ Strong knowledge of the end-to-end loan lifecycle and loan servicing .

✔ Experience with amortization schedules, interest calculations and repayments .

✔ Strong understanding of financial and lending products.

✔ Expertise in requirements gathering and process modelling .

✔ Strong experience working within Agile Scrum environments.

✔ Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria .

✔ Hands-on experience with Figma, Axure, Adobe XD or Balsamiq .

✔ Experience using Jira and Confluence .

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) .

⭐ Experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS) or Core Banking platforms.

⭐ Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.

⭐ CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO or CSM certification.
