Position: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Work closely with business users, development, QA, and project teams to ensure accurate requirement translation.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to support business decisions, validate data, and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate requirement walkthroughs, UAT, and change management activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and maintain requirement traceability.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.
- Excellent documentation and requirement gathering skills.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, analyze data, and validate results.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
