Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and business understanding, along with exposure to technology, AI, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.

- Strong analytical thinking.

- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend suitable solutions.

- Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand and address business needs.

- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.

- Work with SQL and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

- Understand Python and its application in data analysis and automation.

- Understand fundamental AI concepts and AI algorithms and their practical business applications.

- Identify opportunities to leverage data, AI,



and automation to improve business processes.

- Support solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure business requirements are clearly understood by technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in good technical knowledge.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good understanding of SQL, Power BI, Python, AI, and AI algorithms.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
