About the Role

Vrinsoft Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders — translating requirements into transparent, actionable deliverables that drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities including proposals, BRDs, Scope Documents, FRDs, and SRS
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements into clear and actionable specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, queries, and feedback
- Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Prepare and present proposals, documentation, and project updates to clients
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility




- Work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced, service-based environment

Requirements

- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT/software services environment
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Confidence in presenting ideas and solutions to clients
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
- A positive, curious, and "always learning" mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
