Job Title: Business Analyst SuccessFactors

Work Mode: Hybrid ( 3 days office 2 days remote).

Experience : 7-10 Years of relevant Experience

Shift Timing : 2 PM to 11 PM IST (UK Shift Time)

Business Analyst

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders across HR,
- Help define project scope from a business and technical perspective
- Capture HR Business Process and Successfactors solutions
- Facilitate discovery workshops
- Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.
- Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions.
- Document current and future state processes
- Produce business requirement documents
- Create use-cases for design and testing
- Maintain project documentation
- Track actions from stakeholder meetings
- Help maintain RAID logs
- Update/run status reports
- Maintain/ensure governance for projects




- Follow up outstanding items
- Help coordinate UAT
- Ascertain test scenarios
- Track defects & fix date scheduling
- Track milestones

- HR Business process and data Successfactors knowledge required
- SAP Successfactors functional knowledge required
- Jira/Confluence, Optentext, C4C for reporting
- Presentation skills

- UAT experience
