Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst &

- Project Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, and process improvement. The candidate will work closely with business, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and drive projects from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Conduct stakeholder discussions and identify process gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities.

- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, functional SPOCs, and vendors.

- Track project progress and proactively manage blockers and escalations.

- Support UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, go-live, and hypercare.

- Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers,



and leadership updates.

- Support AI, automation, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.
