About Coderapper. We're a digital commerce agency building high-converting experiences for global brands and our own products (metamenu, fitchek). We're rebuilding how we estimate, spec, and ship around AI agents, and we want analysts who'll lead that shift.

The role: You're the trusted partner between our clients and delivery teams on complex ecommerce builds. You own the client relationship through implementation, turning business goals into clear, buildable requirements and keeping everyone aligned from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

- Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust and managing expectations throughout the engagement.

- Lead discovery: run stakeholder workshops, map business processes, and define project scope.

- Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.

- Own and communicate scope, timelines, and change; keep clients confident and informed.

- Map ecommerce flows end to end: catalog, cart, checkout, payments, fulfillment, OMS/ERP and third-party integrations.

- Partner with product and engineering to prioritize and groom the backlog.

- Drive UAT: define test scenarios, coordinate testing, and sign off against acceptance criteria.





- Use AI tools to accelerate requirement drafting, documentation, and analysis.

Requirements

- 8+ years as a Business Analyst, with robust ecommerce implementation experience.

- Proven track record managing senior client stakeholders on delivery engagements.

- Proven delivery on platform builds or migrations (Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar).

- Fluent in ecommerce concepts: merchandising, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, integrations.

- Strong requirements craft: user stories, process flows, functional specs, data mapping.

- Confident leading workshops, demos, and difficult client conversations.

- Comfortable with tools like Jira/Confluence and AI assistants in daily workflow.

Nice to have

- Experience with B2B/wholesale, subscriptions, or international/multi-store rollouts.

- Familiarity with API/integration concepts (REST, webhooks, middleware).

- Agile certification (CSPO/CBAP) or equivalent.
