About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst- Regulatory Capital Reporting Change Specialist to support and deliver regulatory reporting transformation and change initiatives within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in COREP reporting under the EBA regulatory framework and hands-on experience working across prudential reporting domains including Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures, Credit Risk Capital, and SA-CCR. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to analyze regulatory requirements, implement reporting changes, validate reporting outputs, and support ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver regulatory capital reporting change initiatives within a banking environment.
- Support COREP reporting enhancements and ongoing regulatory reporting releases.
- Analyze and implement reporting changes driven by regulatory updates and framework revisions.
- Perform impact assessments for new and amended regulatory requirements.
- Translate regulatory requirements into detailed business and functional specifications.
- Support implementation of reporting changes across capital adequacy and prudential reporting processes.
- Validate reporting calculations, data mappings, and reporting outputs.
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery of regulatory initiatives.
- Define test scenarios, test cases, and validation checks for regulatory reporting changes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and issue resolution activities.
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure regulatory reporting changes comply with EBA COREP guidelines and industry standards.




- Maintain regulatory change documentation, business requirements, process flows, and implementation artifacts.
- Participate in governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, and project status discussions.
- Support production implementation and post-deployment validation activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise on prudential regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve reporting processes and controls.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, or Capital Reporting functions.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering COREP Capital and Prudential Regulatory Reporting change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of EBA COREP regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven experience working across Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures, Credit Risk Capital, SA-CCR (Standardized Approach for Counterparty Credit Risk).
- Experience supporting recurring regulatory reporting releases and framework updates.
- Strong knowledge of prudential reporting regulations and capital adequacy frameworks.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting data flows, calculations, controls, and reporting processes.
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into functional specifications and business requirements.
- Hands-on experience performing impact assessments and regulatory gap analysis.
- Experience supporting UAT execution, testing, validation, and defect resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with Finance, Risk,



Regulatory Reporting, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and convert them into actionable deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
- Experience managing multiple regulatory change initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of banking products, exposure calculations, capital measures, and risk reporting concepts.
