We are hiring a Business Analyst to join the nature-based carbon team. You will work directly with the business lead on early-stage projects, building financial models, sizing markets, and tracking how the carbon landscape is evolving. The work moves between strategy and execution. This role suits someone who can convert messy information into structured analysis, and wants to learn how current businesses get built in climate.

Responsibilities and duties

Build business plans and financial models with the business lead.

Run exploratory data analysis to size markets and test opportunities.

Help shape and develop new projects in the nature-based carbon space.

Track market trends, policy shifts, and emerging innovations.

Gather competitive intelligence and turn it into clear insights.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business,



environmental science, engineering, or a related field. Zero to three years of experience in consulting, finance, climate, sustainability, or a research-heavy role. MBA candidates and recent graduates pivoting into climate are welcome to apply.

Desirable qualities

Comfort with data search, analysis, and visualization.

Strong ability to structure unstructured information.

Solid working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Gen-Al tools.

Clear written and verbal communication, including presentations.

Self-starter mindset.

Good communication, time, and resource management.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
