Business Analyst Position Business Analyst Experience 46 years Role Overview We are looking for Business Analysts who can understand complex business processes, particularly in Government, Private and PSU environments, and convert them into structured digital solutions. The BA will work across business stakeholders, government officials, project managers, architects, developers and AI teams to define requirements and create implementation ready specifications.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis • Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement workshops.

- Understand existing business processes and identify gaps.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for digitization.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define business rules, workflows and approval processes.
- Prepare screen-level and field-level specifications.
- Support UAT planning and execution.

Government Domain

Analysis • Understand hierarchical government organizational structures.
- Analyse department, directorate, division and stakeholder workflows.
- Understand file movement, approvals, notifications, roles and authorities.
- Analyse government schemes, projects, assets, vendors, finance and citizen services.
- Convert manual government processes into digital workflows. AI / Intelligent Automation • Identify suitable AI/GenAI opportunities from business processes.




- Define AI use cases such as: o Document intelligence o OCR and data extraction o Intelligent search o Summarization o Decision support o Predictive analytics o Chatbots / virtual assistants o Classification o Anomaly detection • Define functional requirements for AI-enabled features.
- Work with AI/ML teams to define datasets, inputs, outputs and acceptance criteria. Product / AI Factory • Contribute to reusable product requirements and accelerators.
- Create generic specifications that can be reused across departments.
- Convert client requirements into configurable product features wherever possible.
