We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a robust Commerce background to support our consulting and financial analysis activities. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing financial performance, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making for clients across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong financial knowledge or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are looking to build a career in business consulting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets.
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Support consultants in preparing business advisory reports and financial insights for clients.
- Analyze weekly and monthly cash flow projections and identify potential financial risks.
- Collect, organize, and interpret financial and operational data for analysis.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations,



and analytical summaries.
- Assist in evaluating business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the consulting team in developing growth strategies and financial recommendations for clients.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Cash Flow Statements, P&L; Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Fund Flow Statements.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and present structured insights.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
