About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to understand business requirements, analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Reporting

- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Track key business metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities from business data.
- Provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.

Data Analysis
- Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze sales, operations, customer, financial, and performance data as required.
- Create meaningful reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
- Perform basic statistical and comparative analysis.
- Monitor performance against targets and identify deviations.

Process Improvement
- Understand existing business processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Work with different teams to identify operational challenges.
- Recommend process improvements based on data and analysis.




- Support implementation and tracking of process improvement initiatives.
- Document business processes, workflows, and requirements.

Business & Market Research
- Conduct competitor and market research when required.
- Analyze industry trends and business opportunities.
- Support management with research for new initiatives and projects.
- Prepare concise reports with key findings and recommendations.

Project Support
- Support business and strategic projects from planning to execution.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and prepare status updates.
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them appropriately.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and basic data visualization.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau is an advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Positive understanding of business processes and KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant academic/project experience may also be considered.
