About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business users.
- Analyze business data, trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Support business case development and solution evaluation through data-driven analysis.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
- Maintain project visibility through Jira dashboards, reports, backlog management, and progress tracking.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to support successful project delivery.




- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
- Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.
- Drive stakeholder communication and consensus-building across multiple business and technical teams.
- Track business outcomes and value realization against defined objectives and success criteria.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, governance activities, and best practice development.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Business Process Improvement.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence business and technology leaders.
- Expertise in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables and technical requirements.
- Experience developing user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to derive insights and support informed decision-making.
- Experience conducting gap analysis, root cause analysis, impact assessments, and solution evaluations.




- Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, reporting, tracking, and Agile project delivery.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills utilizing industry-standard methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation, digital modernization, or process improvement initiatives.
