The role focuses on understanding business requirements, organizing information, preparing reports, and supporting teams in converting business needs into structured and actionable outputs.

Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Work with team members to understand business processes and operational needs.
- Analyze business data and prepare structured reports.
- Use Excel to organize, analyze, and present business information.
- Assist with basic SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Prepare summaries, tables, and presentations based on business requirements.
- Identify trends, gaps, and patterns in business and operational data.
- Assist in documenting workflows, processes, and requirements.
- Support the preparation of business reports and performance metrics.
- Translate business requirements into clear analytical or functional outputs.
- Assist with process improvement and operational analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, findings, and reports.
- Participate in discussions with relevant team members to clarify requirements.
- Complete assigned analysis and documentation tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with process mapping or documentation tools is an advantage.
- Academic or personal projects involving business analysis or data reporting are welcome.
