About The Role The Enterprise Data Capabilities organization within TOCUMULUS’s Technology division is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance its data strategy and optimize how it delivers critical business outcomes. This initiative emphasizes strengthening engagement with partners across Data, AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) services.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join us as an Assistant Vice President – AI Enabled Business Analyst & Data Visualization Specialist. Reporting directly to the Head of Data Capabilities Portfolio Management, this role demands a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills across business and technology teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into innovative data products and AI-enabled solutions, thereby accelerating data-driven decision-making processes and fostering a culture of analytics excellence across the organization.

Qualifications Experience

- 8–12 years of relevant experience within the Banking & Financial Services sector, specifically as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Proven experience in credit risk analytics, BI reporting, or the development of enterprise data products.
- At least 5 years of experience working within agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.

Business Acumen





- Deep understanding of core banking operations and capital markets products.
- Knowledge of credit risk concepts including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), exposure calculations, and delinquency management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel, CECL, SCCL, and IFRS is preferred.

Data & AI Skills

- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis within Data Warehousing and Data Lakes environments.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
- Familiarity with the Starburst data virtualization platform is an advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python and R, along with experience in AI/ML model development.

Human Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Business Analysis & Data Product Delivery
- Act as a liaison between Business, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements to produce detailed data specifications and mappings that meet organizational needs.
- Effectively communicate insights and findings to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.




- Support the delivery of enterprise data products such as Customer360 and CreditRisk360, ensuring they meet quality and usability standards.
- Business Intelligence & Visualization
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support various risk, finance, and regulatory functions.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy for stakeholders across the organization.
- AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
- Leverage AI tools to generate automated insights, summaries, and decision-support mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven automation and analytics solutions into existing workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and value analysis for new AI initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and ROI.
