We seek a sharp, driven professional to support the leadership team on business analysis, project planning, and high-priority cross-functional initiatives. This high-visibility role offers insights into how a manufacturing business operates end-to-end and places you in decision-making rooms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning and execution for strategic and capex initiatives.
- Maintain visibility and tracking of all key MD-office initiatives.
- Prepare management dashboards and review decks.
- Automate reporting and improve efficiency using IT systems and AI tools.
- Conduct business and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Build business cases and structured recommendations.




- Support board and investor-facing material preparation.
- Act as a bridge between the MD’s office and functional heads.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
- 2–5 years in relevant roles.
- Solid project planning and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/SAP data.
- Tech- and AI-forward mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High ownership and discretion.
- Willing to travel and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Work Mode

The role is based in Delhi at the Head Office and is an onsite position.
