Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience and strong knowledge of the Capital Markets domain. The candidate should be experienced in gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, and working closely with business and technology teams. The candidate should also be capable of ensuring smooth execution and implementation of modules through testing, UAT, pilot, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

- Translate business requirements into explicit functional requirements for development teams.

- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive smooth execution of modules by coordinating testing, UAT, pilot runs, and golive activities.

- Support end-to-end module implementation, including testing/UAT coordination, pilot go-live, and resolution of issues to ensure a smooth transition to production.





- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, UAT support, and defect clarification.

- Identify process gaps and suggest effective solutions.

- Prepare process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.

- Ensure timely delivery of requirements and support project implementation

- Mandatory Skills

- 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong experience in the Capital Markets domain.

- Good understanding of Equity, Trading, Broking, or related capital market processes.

- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.

- Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and UAT.

- Hands-on experience in coordinating testing, UAT, pilot, and go-live activities for business modules.

- Ability to manage smooth end-to-end execution and implementation of modules from requirement gathering through pilot and go-live.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work closely with technical and business teams.
