ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Business Analyst, these skills are essential for success:

- Abilities: Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities with expertise in data analysis, dashboard development, business reporting, process improvement, stakeholder management,



project coordination, strategic thinking, organizational effectiveness, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business administration, business analytics, reporting, or a related field; advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis; experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms; experience with operational performance reporting, KPI management, large datasets, data visualization, SQL querying, Microsoft Power Platform tools, and project management. Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Location: Bangalore, India
