We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Cards & Transactions

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Cards, Payments, and Transaction Processing to join our team.

What You’ll Do

- Develop a strong understanding of Stitch's Cards & Transactions platform and payment ecosystem.

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into BRDs, BSDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Test Cases .

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

• Drive implementations involving Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Transaction Processing solutions.

• Coordinate and lead UAT , including test planning, execution, user training, and issue resolution.

• Support integrations with Payment Gateways, Card Management Systems (CMS), Core Banking Platforms, APIs, and third-party financial systems .

- Ensure successful go-live,



customer onboarding, and post-implementation support.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.

• Solid experience in Cards & Payments, Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards, Transaction Processing, Card Management Systems (CMS), Payment Switches, or Core Banking .

• Strong understanding of Visa, Mastercard, Card Lifecycle Management, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement, Reconciliation, POS, ATM, and E-commerce Payment Flows .

• Experience working with APIs, ISO 8583 Messaging, Payment Gateways, and integration-heavy environments .

- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of Islamic Banking concepts and Shariah-compliant financial products.

• Exposure to GCC Banking/Payments ecosystems .

- Arabic language proficiency.
