?‍? Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analysis Intern who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding business processes and translating them into explicit requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams.

? Key Responsibilities:





Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Assist in creating BRDs, FRDs, and use case documents

Support process mapping and workflow analysis

Coordinate with technical teams for requirement clarification

Assist in gap analysis and solution evaluation

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation

✅ Required Skills:

Basic understanding of business analysis concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

? Preferred/Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodology

Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello

Understanding of BPMN or flowcharting tools

Exposure to stakeholder management

IT domain knowledge

? Eligibility:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields

Final-year students and freshers are welcome
