Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Officer

Industry: Event Management & Wedding Planning

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

We are looking for an energetic and well-connected professional to develop and expand our wedding, social-event, and celebration business across Ranchi and other key markets in Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for weddings, social functions and corporate events
- Build relationships with families, wedding planners, venues, hotels and local vendors
- Identify new business opportunities across Ranchi and Jharkhand
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and prepare proposals
- Coordinate with the Kolkata team for event planning and execution
- Develop partnerships with banquet halls, decorators, caterers, photographers and other event vendors
- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA
- Experience with an event management, wedding planning, social-event or advertising company
- Strong knowledge of the Ranchi and Jharkhand markets
- Good local network and client-development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
- Must be based in Ranchi




- Willingness to travel within Jharkhand

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
