THE ROLE

As an International Customer Support Associate, you will interact with customers from the UK and US markets, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across Voice and Blended processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally, accurately, and within defined timelines.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of communication, empathy, and customer service.
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and complex customer concerns.

ELIGIBILITY

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate Any Stream
- Experience: Minimum 6 months International Voice Process
- Excellent spoken English and strong customer-handling skills.
- Good interpersonal, analytical,



and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational UK / US shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Pune.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

SALARY & GROWTH Freshers: Up to 4.5 LPA

Experienced Candidates: Minimum 30% hike on last drawn salary

Maximum Package: Up to 7.5 LPA

Final compensation will depend on experience, communication skills, interview performance, and process suitability.
