Branding & Marketing Intern

HiWox × Kefilo | Bhubaneswar

We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Intern who wants to learn how real brands are built from the ground up.

This is not just a social media internship. You will work closely with the team on branding, marketing, content, partnerships and customer acquisition across HiWox and Kefilo.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Work Mode: Hybrid

Duration: 3 months

Time Commitment: 20–25 hours/week

Stipend: Unpaid Internship

What you will work on:

- Brand positioning and brand building
- Social media strategy and content creation
- Instagram & LinkedIn management
- Campaign planning and execution
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Customer and partner outreach
- Influencer and business collaborations
- Offline marketing activities and events
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Building marketing systems and experiments from scratch

Who we are looking for:
- Based in Bhubaneswar and available for offline work when required




- Robust communication and networking skills
- Interested in startups, branding and marketing
- Creative and willing to experiment
- Comfortable with outreach and talking to people
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Students, freshers and early-career candidates can apply
- Prior marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
