We’re Hiring | Brand Manager

Kosmoderma is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

The role will be responsible for managing and strengthening the brand across:

- Kosmoderma Clinics
- Kosmoderma Academy
- Kosmoderma Products

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, social media, performance marketing, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with clinic, academy, and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer insights to identify current opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners whenever required.
- Ensure all brand communications and creatives adhere to Kosmoderma’s brand guidelines.

Location: Brigade Road & EVA Mall, Bangalore
