We're looking for a Brand Growth Executive to build Nynii's brand presence and drive awareness, customer acquisition, and growth across online and offline channels.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute brand and growth campaigns across Gurugram.
- Drive customer acquisition through digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media content, promotions, and campaigns.
- Build Nynii's presence across residential societies and communities.
- Coordinate with RWAs, local businesses, influencers, and partners.
- Support referral and customer engagement campaigns.
- Research customers, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Track campaigns, leads, conversions, and engagement.
- Test new marketing channels and growth ideas.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams.
- Take campaigns from idea → execution → results.

? What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years in Brand, Marketing, Growth, or Digital Marketing.




- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and brand building.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking.
- Comfortable with online + offline marketing.
- Data-driven, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Strong ownership and startup mindset.
