Brand & Corporate Communication
- Design and enhance corporate proposals, pitch decks, capability presentations, brochures, company profiles and other client-facing collateral.
- Create visually consistent templates and design systems that strengthen the organisation's overall brand identity.
- Translate text-heavy business content into structured, visually engaging and easy-to-navigate layouts.
- Ensure all communication adheres to established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for creative improvement.
- Design greeting cards, event communication, announcements and other corporate creatives.
- Maintain consistency in typography, imagery, layouts, visual hierarchy and overall design language across communication.
Presentation & Document Design
- Redesign and enhance presentations to improve visual appeal, readability and communication effectiveness.
- Create editable layouts, diagrams, process flows, infographics, charts and visual frameworks.
- Convert complex or detailed information into clear and intuitive visual formats.
- Develop reusable PowerPoint templates and presentation formats that can be used across teams.
- Ensure presentations remain functional, practical and editable for internal users.
Marketing Communication As the role evolves, responsibilities will also include:
- Designing emailers, campaign creatives, digital banners and other marketing collateral.
- Creating brand-aligned social media creatives and campaign assets.
- Supporting event, program and promotional communication requirements.
- Adapting core campaign concepts across multiple communication formats while maintaining visual consistency.
Learning & Training Material Design Over time, the role will also support the design and enhancement of learning materials, including:
- Faculty presentations and training decks.
- Participant handouts and workbooks.
- Reference guides and learning aids.
- Activity sheets, exercises and supporting classroom material.
- Visual frameworks, diagrams and infographics used to explain concepts.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content developers, business development, marketing and other internal teams to understand communication requirements.
- Interpret briefs and recommend appropriate visual approaches rather than relying only on execution instructions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Occasionally coordinate with faculty or internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure that materials are suitable for their intended use.
- Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and consistency.
Required Experience
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, communication design, brand design or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience designing corporate communication such as presentations, proposals, brochures, reports, marketing collateral or similar materials.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while bringing creative thinking to execution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating capability across different communication formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Commercial Arts or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a strong relevant portfolio and demonstrated skilled design capability may also be considered.
Design & Technical Skills The candidate should be comfortable working with professional design and presentation tools appropriate to the requirement. Experience with tools such as the following would be helpful:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Figma or similar design platforms
