Role Description The Brand Ambassador is a full time, on-site role based in Singapore, representing IBSi’s brand across events, client interactions, and industry forums. The role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, explaining IBSi’s research and advisory offerings, and supporting marketing activities to strengthen brand presence in the regional FinTech ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending conferences and partner events,



conducting product and service demonstrations, collecting market feedback, and helping create awareness campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

The Brand

Ambassador will maintain high standards of customer service, support lead generation activities, and contribute to building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in financial services and technology.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent IBSi professionally and consistently across all touchpoints.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, client meetings, and event participation.
- Previous experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B professional services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment and coordinate with cross-border teams.
- Comfortable with public speaking, networking at industry events, and using digital channels (social media, webinars) to promote the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
